Return Policy

15 Day Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our goal at Lady Biker Stuff. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags.  Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 15 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Final Sales:

From time to time we may offer products that are not returnable. We will always let you know in the description of a product whether it is returable or not.

Procedure for Refunds:

Click here for the Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Exchanges:

Click here for the Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and SKU number of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
