Instructions for return or exchange:
List the products you are returning in the chart above beginning with Item Code and working to the right. If you are returning an item for a refund, check the Refund box. If you are exchanging an item for another option, check the Exchange box. On a separate line, list the new item you would like sent to you and check the New Item Box.
Please send an email to info@ladybikerstuff.com requesting a Return Authorization Number. Shipments without an RA# will be refused. We will respond right away with the RA# and the address where you need to send your return. The RA# is for your protection so that we can keep track of your shipment.
Pack your return items with this form in the original box or one similar to it.
Once we receive your item and it is inspected, we will contact you to inform you of the status of your refund or exchange. While we will do everything we can to expedite the return/exchange process, please allow 30 days.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and labels intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse return service to anyone we feel makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items must be returned with 14 days of receipt. Items returned after the 14 day period or in a condition that does not meet our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
