1. Do you accept returns on items that are not the right size?

Yes!  Here is the LadyBikerStuff.com policy for returns:

We realize that size can be hard to determine.  For this reason we gladly do EXCHANGES for items that do not fit.  The only fee to the client will be the cost to ship the original item back and the shipping cost of the new item.  If you have questions about this policy, email us at info@ladybikerstuff.com

Items returned for defects will be replaced, exchanged, or fully refunded after we examine the item and verify the problem.

Other returns, including items that don't fit, have a possible 20% of sale price restocking fee. The client will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

LadyBikerStuff.com will not accept returns of items that have been used.

Please contact us at info@ladybikerstuff.com to obtain a Return Authorization prior to shipping any product back.  This allows us to keep track of your order.

Any item being exchanged, returned or refunded must be returned in the original packaging.

 

2. What do I do if an item I receive is damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at info@ladybikerstuff.com within 5 days for a Return Authorization and  instructions for returning the item. Return shipping will be prepaid and we will pay to ship the replacement item to you. All damaged items must be returned in the original packaging.

 

3. If I am unsure of a size, can you help me determine which size will fit me best?

If you are unsure of a size, first check the measurement chart to see if it provides information on body measurements that will help you determine the size you needNext check the description of the item for a size or measurement chart. If you are still unsure of your size, email us at kat@ladybikerstuff.com.  A Customer Care representative will contact you to obtain your measurements and compare them with the item you are considering.
